Deployment model

Designed around your academic calendar.

Discovery, configuration, data migration, testing, training and go-live — sequenced to minimise disruption, maximise adoption and deliver value quickly.

Phase 01

Requirement gathering

We map your actual processes — not the ones in the handbook, the ones your staff run. We assess your existing infrastructure, network conditions and data quality. We document your grading regulations, fee structures and approval hierarchies.

The output is a solution design your team signs off before a line of configuration is written.

You provide

A project sponsor, process owners from each affected unit, and access to existing systems and data.

An implementation team planning a deployment
Phase 02

System design and development

We configure Eduvantage to your design. We integrate your payment providers, SMS and email services, LMS and any existing systems. We migrate your historical data — student records, academic history, financial records — and validate it against your own reference figures.

We instrument the platform for monitoring before it carries live traffic.

You provide

Data extracts from legacy systems, provider credentials, and reviewers to validate migrated data.

API integration Payment, SMS, email, LMS and ERP connectivity
Third party services Provider onboarding and credential management
Database Schema configuration and validated historical migration
Observability Monitoring and alerting live before traffic
Phase 03

Training, documentation and go-live

We train each user group separately, because a bursary officer and a lecturer need different things. We build a knowledge base your team owns.

We go live on a date chosen against your calendar — most institutions choose a session boundary — with our team on site or on call through the first critical cycle.

You provide

Staff availability for training and a nominated internal champion per unit.

Knowledge base Documentation your team owns and maintains
Training sessions Role-specific, not a generic system tour
Go-live On a date you choose, with support present
Post-implementation support Issue resolution under agreed SLAs
After go-live

Implementation is where the relationship starts.

Support covers issue resolution under agreed SLAs, configuration changes as your regulations evolve, regular platform updates, and periodic reviews of how the system is actually being used against how it was intended.
